Born in Manila, Philippines, Chance Elan Israel embarked on his musical journey at the age of six when he discovered his passion for the piano. His formal training commenced at the age of eight, marking the beginning of a lifelong devotion to the art form. With two decades of dedication, Chance has emerged as a distinguished pianist and educator, leaving an indelible mark on the world of music.

Chance's pursuit of excellence led him to Florida State University, where he earned his Doctorate in Musical Arts in Piano Performance. Throughout his academic journey, he distinguished himself with numerous accolades and scholarships, underscoring his exceptional talent and commitment to his craft. Notable among his achievements are top prizes at prestigious competitions such as the Osaka International Competition, Lyric Chamber Society Competition, Rockwood Piano Competition, and the Tampa Bay Concerto Competition.

Venturing beyond borders, Chance's musical odyssey has taken him to esteemed venues across the globe, including engagements in the United States, Japan, Italy, Taiwan, and his native Philippines. Prior to his doctoral studies, Chance honed his skills at the Lynn Conservatory of Music, where he earned both his Master's and Bachelor's degrees, laying a solid foundation for his illustrious career.

In addition to his prowess as a performer, Chance is a passionate music educator, with over a decade of experience nurturing the next generation of musicians. His commitment to teaching transcends boundaries, as he has imparted his knowledge and passion for music in various institutions across the United States and the Philippines. From young beginners to seasoned enthusiasts, Chance's dedication knows no bounds, with students ranging from five to eighty-five years old.
